It provides another place to practice.

Scenario outcomes represent training considerations, not necessarily the only appropriate law enforcement response. Officers should follow applicable law, agency policy, training, and supervisory direction.

Grounded in established court precedent and operational best practices, every exercise trains command staff and patrol personnel to articulate their decisions line by line before situations occur in the real world.
